Every Imperial Fiesta Club unit is air- conditioned and features a television withsatellite antenna. Some units include a private terrace. 1BR and 2BR units have a partial kitchen with a microwave oven. Hotel units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 2 double beds. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 king bedor 2 double beds, 1 pull-out sofa and 1 bath. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 1 pull-out sofabed and 2 baths. The front desk/reception area is at the main entrance of the resort. Please notify the resort in advance if you anticipate a late arrival. The resort strictly enforces occupancy limits regardless of age. Pets are not allowed. Handicap facilities available. Members can confirm this resort 1 time every 4 years. The rule is controlled by Calendar Year. Is allowed a maximum of 2 units per year, must be multiple or consecutive. Only 1 unit per year is allowed in Christmas, New Year, Easter, February, July and August. The rule also applies to Imperial Fiesta Club owners.

Members with timeshare in Cancun cannot confirm this resort through RCI
